Integrating your Facebook Messenger to your Shoptiq store is easy.
To start, you need to own a Facebook page. To create new Facebook page, please visit here.
Log in to your Facebook page to retrieve your Facebook Page ID by following the steps below:
Step 1: From the Page tab, click on “About” from the left panel.
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom, and you will find your “Page ID”.
Step 3. Copy your Facebook Page ID.
Next, log in to your Shoptiq account and click on “Marketing” category from the drop-down menu and select “Chat”. Enter your Facebook page ID into the field, click “Save” and you are ready to connect with your customers.
How do you enable Whatsapp on your Shoptiq store?
Log in to your Shoptiq account and click on “Marketing” category from the drop-down menu and select “Chat”. Enter your Whatsapp phone number into the field and click “Save”.
How does Whatsapp appear on my Shoptiq store?
The Whatsapp chat icon will appear on the bottom-right corner of your Shoptiq store. Clicking on it will launch the Whatsapp application, from which customers will be able to send messages to you directly.
