99%SME is a marketplace designed for small businesses to market their business and reach out to more customers.
99%SME makes it easier for businesses to reach out to more customers by providing a common platform to showcase products and services. There are no strings attached. Participation is free.

Please follow the steps below to connect your Shoptiq store to your 99%SME account.
Step 1: Login to your Shoptiq dashboard and go to the 99%SME tab located on the left. Click on the button to start now.
*Please note that if you have existing products on either Shoptiq and/or 99%SME, it will be synced once you have connected your account.
Step 2: You will be asked to proceed with the authorisation. Please click on “Yes”.
Step 3: Next, you will be asked to log in to your 99%SME account. If you do not have an existing account, you can sign up here.
Step 4: You are required to set your 99%SME categories. Please note that this is different from your Shoptiq store categories. You can choose a maximum of 3 categories. If you do not want the category, just choose “select an option”. Once done, click on “Submit”.
It is mandatory to select at least ONE 99%SME category.
The integration seeks to create a hassle-free experience for you to manage your online store and marketplace by syncing your product catalogue, inventory and orders in real time.

No, there is no free trial for the integration. However, if you are new to Shoptiq, you can try out our 14-day free trial to create your online store.
You can subscribe to the integration for $10/month, regardless of your Shoptiq plan. Find out more about our price plans here.
Yes, you need to have an active Shoptiq store as the integration is a value-added service for your online business.
Your new subscription plan will override the current plan, and the system will show you the amount to top up.
The integration will not be renewed automatically unless you select the option “make this recurring” when purchasing the integration. You can cancel your auto-renewal anytime.
Yes, you can stop subscribing once your plan has expired.
We do not provide refund for termination nor any unused remaining month(s) of subscription.
Yes, existing products will be synced after you have connected your account.
There will be duplicates when the products are synced from Shoptiq to 99%SME after connecting the account as we are unable to identify the products that were created previously. Kindly remove all the duplicated products on 99%SME when it happens.
Depending on the number of products you have in your Shoptiq/99%SME store, it may take some time for all the existing products to be synced. Nonetheless if the issue persist, please do not hesitate to contact us here.
Go to Add product - Collections – Tick on the 99%SME category that you want for this product
Please note that if you did not choose any of the 99%SME category, it will by default synced all the 99%SME categories that you have created. In this example, it will be both 99%SME category 1 and 99%%SME category 2. If this is not correct, you can still go back to the product and make the necessary changes.
It refers to adding new categories for your Shoptiq store. These collections will NOT be synced to 99%SME, as it will only appear on your Shoptiq store.
Simply change to “Select an option” and click on “submit”. Please note that this will also update your existing products by removing that particular category.
There will be an error to prompt you that you can only select 3 categories. Should you wish to modify any of the categories, please do so at your Shoptiq dashboard.
If you have created a simple product with options, it will not be synced to Shoptiq. It will appear as an error under Products – Connect to Shoptiq (as shown below).
Simply click on the “+” button and it will automatically convert your product into a configurable product and sync over to Shoptiq.
Please note that product sync only applies to Simple product and Configurable product for 99%SME.
Step 1: Go to “Settings” -> “Taxes”
Step 2: Add tax rate
Step 3: Input the tax rate based on the country you are selling to
Step 4: This is an optional step, but you can determine how you want the taxes to be calculated under tax settings. For instance, if your product price is inclusive of tax, please tick on the box “product prices including tax”.
Step 5: Once done, please ensure that each of your product has the “taxable product” being checked.
There are 3 scenarios to take note of.
First scenario: You did not tick on the taxable product and set the tax settings in Shoptiq
This means that there is NO TAX on 99%SME, so both options will be unchecked.
Second scenario: You have ticked on the taxable product but did not set the tax settings (price exclusive of GST) in Shoptiq.
This means that your product is exclusive of GST on 99%SME. And this is the same as your Shoptiq, whereby your product price is exclusive of GST.
Third scenario: You have ticked on the taxable product and also set the tax settings (price inclusive of GST) in Shoptiq.
This means that your product is inclusive of GST on 99%SME. And this is the same as your Shoptiq, whereby your product price is inclusive of GST.
Existing orders will not be synced at the moment. However this is currently in our phase 2 development stage which we will announce once ready.
Please ensure the order is fulfilled/completed on your respective platform. If the order is coming from Shoptiq, kindly ensure that payment is received and order is fulfilled, and vice versa.
Only Paid and Fulfilled orders will be synced. This is because we would like to eliminate any issue of unfulfilled/unpaid orders.
Only Completed orders will be synced.
There are 2 possible reasons for this.
Firstly, please ensure that the order status is paid and fulfilled on Shoptiq. Similarly if your order is coming from 99%SME, please ensure that order status is completed.
Secondly, please ensure that your 99%SME store is active. Creating an account on 99%SME does not mean that your store is active. Please check
