Click on the icon on the right side of your domain and you can edit the domain by setting as primary domain or redirecting to the primary domain.

Yes, you can purchase a domain name from Shoptiq. For .com domain, the price is S$30 per year. For .sg or .com.sg domain, the price will be S$60 per year.
Yes, you can add multiple currencies for your online store.
Simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Settings -> Currencies -> Add Currency
Step 2: Select the currency that you would like to add
Step 3: Set the exchange rate. There is a suggested exchange rate that you can follow, however it’s up to your own discretion.
If you want to set this as the default currency, please tick the box.
Yes, you can remove any of the currency symbols.
Yes, this can be done only if:
- The customer IP address is in MYR. The system will assign MYR to the customer even if the default currency is SGD
- The customer IP address is in MYR and you did not add MYR as your currency. The system will show the default currency which is SGD or assign the currency to the country that is nearest to MYR, and in this case, it’s Singapore
You can choose the currency you want to remove and click on the delete icon.
Please note that the default currency cannot be deleted. Please change your default currency to another currency should you want to delete that particular currency.
We offer third party payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe or mobile wallets like GrabPay, FavePay or AliPay.
For PayPal, you will need to enter the email registered with your PayPal account and it will be automatically tied to your PayPal account.
Please note that there is an option for you to charge a fee to your customers for using PayPal. This is payable to you, and not to PayPal. Do not confuse this with the transaction fee imposed by PayPal.
You can charge by percentage of total purchase amount, or by a fixed amount, or by percentage of total purchase and fixed amount. You also have the option to not charge this additional fee.
At the checkout page, customer will see the additional fee as transaction charge if they use PayPal to make payment. Below is an example of transaction charge by fixed amount.
PayPal will absorb 3.9% + $0.50 per transaction. For more information, please visit here.
You will need to first sign up an account with Stripe, and enter the private and publishable key which can be found in your Stripe dashboard.
Similarly, it is optional to charge transaction fee to customers for using Stripe.
Stripe will charge 3.4% + $0.50 per successful card charge, regardless of whether it’s credit or debit card payment. For more information, please visit here.
For mobile wallets, you will need to upload your QR code to allow customers to scan and make payment to you. You can include a payment instruction to the customers if necessary, for example, payment will be verified within 24 hours.
Please note that orders made through mobile wallets will not be marked as paid. You will need to manually mark as paid after verifying the payment.
No, transaction fee does not apply for mobile wallets as they are manual transactions. Unlike PayPal and Stripe, you will need to go to your mobile wallets to verify the payments received.

Next, edit your payment details and include a payment instruction for your customers to complete the purchase. It will be displayed in the ‘Thank you’ page after customer has placed an order.

A sliding banner is useful in capturing people's attention when they first land on your online store. You can make use of the sliding banners to display new products or latest promotion.
Go to Online Store -> Themes -> Customize -> Slider Content
You can update your image (preferred size: 1600 x 900 pixels), add in title and subtitle, as well as the call-to-action button.
*Please note that you can upload 4 - 6 sliding banners, depending on the theme.
Once you are done, you can determine how you want your sliding banner to be displayed.
Auto-rotate slides: the sliding banners will rotate by itself
Show dot indicators: refer to the dots on the sliding banners (which indicate the number of sliding banners you have)
Rotation interval: range from 3 seconds to 15 seconds (if your banner is text-heavy, it is recommended to let the sliding banners rotate every 7 seconds)

You can adjust the size of your logo by updating the logo width.
A favicon can be your brand logo and it is located at the left of the browser's address bar.
The recommended image size is 16 x 16 pixels.

Step 1: Add the product images (including the product variant images)
Step 2: Add option type and option value. Note that you can only add up to 3 option type.
Step 3: Insert the selling price, compare at price (if applicable) and SKU. Please note that compare at price refers to the price before discount and the value must be higher than price (e.g. your selling price is $3, Compare at price is $3.50). It will reflect as a sale item.
Step 4: After the product variant is saved, you can add in specific image to the product variant. You can also edit or delete the options and variants again.

If you have purchased a plan during the 14-day trial, the start date of the subscription will only begin after your trial has ended.
You can upgrade your plan anytime, and the system will show you the amount to top up. However, we do not accept downgrade of plan during the subscription period. You can only downgrade after your current subscription has expired.
Your subscription will not be renewed automatically unless you select the option “make this recurring” when purchasing the subscription. You can cancel your auto-renewal subscription anytime.
Not all subscription types can be auto-renewed. Only customers who are on monthly subscription can auto-renew their subscription. If you are on yearly subscription, you will not be able to auto-renew your subscription at the moment.
Yes, you can change your subscription plan anytime. However, your new subscription will only start after the current subscription has ended.
Yes, it will be auto-renewed every year.
You can still log in to your Shoptiq account but you will not be able to access your online store until you have paid for a subscription.
